Position Summary: Responsible for the overall operation of AGENCY’s programs according to the approved policies & procedures, standards and applicable rules and regulations of the National Health Authority (NHA) of the Government of Qatar . Reports directly to the Board of Directors and the Governing Body or as directed. Maintains the image of AGENCY in the communities where AGENCY serves or will serve.
Required Experience: A candidate with a minimum of Ten (10) years of supervisory and/or administration experience in home health care
Required Educational Qualifications : Master of Science degree from an accredited University in related health field such as Geriatrics, Gerontology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Master in Public Health (M.P.H.) with preference of Doctorate
Eligibility : Applicant must possess a valid license as Administrator and be able to fulfill licensure and testing requirements of Qatar’s National Health Authority (NHA). The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy and strong understanding of diverse work environment. Leadership skills in the management of home health care agency, public relationship, strategic planning, team player, with substantial proven success record in revenue generation and monitoring of compliance issues.
Citizenship : US, Canada or Europe
The job requires relocation to Doha, Qatar for a minimum of 2-3 years. Renewable with mutual consent
