Dr. Khlaid Abdus Sami acquired his basic medical degrees B. Sc and M.B.B.S. from Osmania University in India. In 1970, he obtained his M.S degree in anesthesiology from the University of Minnesota and the same year he became a Fellow in the American College of Anesthesiology, USA. Mr. Najib served the U.S. Department of Commerce/International Trade Administration (ITA) for over 17 years in Middle East region and was the foremost expert on Trade & Commerce.

Mona Najib is the Executive Vice President & Director of Human Resources at IMMC Healthcare, LLC. She brings over 10 years of professional human resource management (HRM) expertise and experience to the Company. She has provided HRM and professional training & development services to, and held key positions in, the Bank of America (USA); TCF National Bank (USA); Follett Educational Group (USA), Interactive Communication Group UK/UAE and Al-Razi Pharmaceuticals, UAE.

Mona has extensive working knowledge and experience in the HRM discipline in different communities, especially in the US, the UK, the Middle East and the Indo-Pakistan subcontinent.

Dr. Surti is Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Benedictine University IL, USA. Prior to settling
down in the United States, he obtained his Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery
(M.B.B.S) from Sindh Medical College, University of Karachi, Pakistan.

Dr. Surti is the Principal Project Manager at the Company and serves as its senior Technical
Expert. His responsibilities include providing professional and technical skills in the formulation
comprehensive administrative policies and procedures consistent with local health laws,
rules and regulations in collaboration with our business partners and health authorities.

Dr. Sultan brings over ten years experience in clinical health and community based alternative
care with diversified management experience in Public Health Administration, Non-
Government Organizations (NGOs), Home Healthcare and other social agencies vital to the
communities.

As Administrator, Dr. Sultan brings practical and professional hands on experience in running
and operating home health care agencies having successfully established several agencies in
the United States and overseas. Other technical skills include hiring of key staff, training and
performance management. Dr. Surti brings a proven track record, a detail oriented professional
utilizing his clinical and industry expertise in the implementation of projects both nationally and
internationally

Rose Lewis is a professional Nurse Executive that has over 26 years of extensive health care experience in various clinical, managerial, leadership and consultant positions. She is a proven visionary who has demonstrated her ability to lead quality healthcare in challenging environments while exceeding standards.
