State of Qatar 

In 2007, in partnership with a group of local investors, IMMC Healthcare, LLC, signed a turnkey contract in the State of Qatar to establish a Home Health Care facility for and on behalf of the local partner, the first in the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (AGCC) countries based on US standards. Under a separate contract, IMMC Healthcare, LLC will provide the facility with comprehensive management services for the next three years. These services will include the recruiting and hiring of professional staff. The Qatari facility is expected to be operational by mid-2008.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

With a view to launching its 2nd Home Health Care project in the region, IMMC Healthcare, LLC, is currently engaged in intensive discussions with a group of prospective partners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), which is the largest country in the AGCC, both geographically and population-wise. IMMC Healthcare would be entrusted with responsibility for Jeddah, Riyadh, Madina and Khobar - i.e. the largest area of coverage ever contracted for at one time in the home health care industry.
